About the Department of Economics
The department was established in 1964 along with the inception of the college. The department offers Economics as the Core subject with Political Science and Indian History as complementary papers. The teaching and learning activities of the department is designed in such a way as to include a passion for learning Economics among the students. The department provide quality education through proper planning of teaching, learning and evaluation.
